The Hot-Duck at l'Absinthe!

A variation "French Touch" of its american counterpart, the Hot-Duck is now on the menu of the bistrot l'Absinthe: the symbol of the US culture revisited with creativity and love (of good food).
The most common sandwich in the United States - national pride across the Atlantic but often roughed - show up at Rostang Pere & Filles', with an original recipe, combining streetfood and high-quality products: a hot-dog "chic", in a duck version...
The popular sandwich turns into a quirky starter with ingredients which pay a tribute to the french terroir: a grilled and soft brioche bread, a nice and tender fried slice of foie gras, rocket salad, a few parmesan cheese shavings and confit tomatoes, and on top some thin slices of smocked duck breast… seasoned with barbecue sauce for a little US touch of course !
