The 1st CAFÉ EIFFEL by MAISON ROSTANG has opened !

Located in the Terminal 2AC of Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, the first Café Eiffel keeps alive the traditional Parisian counter offering a variety of dishes according to every desire: bistro classics, grilled and garnished slices of breads, truffle specials, deli meat and cheeses platters...

Open daily from 6 am to 11 pm, the coffee at the counter stand alongside brunch, chic snacking and bistrot dishes. Michel Rostang and Nicolas Beaumann, chefs of Maison Rostang, have selected quality products from small French producers well-known for their authenticity and their know-how: beef and veal from Polmard, Prince de Paris cooked ham, truffles from Richerenches when it is the season...

From morning, a French breakfast with baguette and fresh viennoiseries, coffee or eggs à la coque treat customers. A brunch is alos suggested with French products (ham, Beaufort, salmon) together with eggs and fruit salad.

For snacks, the grilled slices of bread can be garnished with fresh goat's cheese and chive or with different tartares (salmon, beef, veal). The deli Franch meat and cheeses platters present beautiful local products such as diffrent hams, a selection of cheeses or fresh froie gras terrine.

The bistro counter offers the great classics of the French brasserie (brandade, Caesar salad, onion soup "au gratin", croque-monsieur) and some black truffle can be added on demand. Finally, the fresh truffles counter, for the black diamond lovers, proposes eggs, salad or coquillettes pasta "au gratin": the luxury of simple things.

Cellarwise, the wine list leaves a nice place to wine-growers selected by Maison Rostang, with a large choice of wines by the glass: the Clos des Fées « Les Sorcières » of Hervé Bizeul, «Les Hauts de Smith» in Pessac-Léognan or else the Quincy of Jacques Siret. Concerning the bubbles, the Billecart Salmon champagne is served by the glass in brut réserve.

In short, a real Parisian café  where you can have a glass of wine or a coffee and eat a croque-monsieur quickly and at any time !

Two more Café Eiffel will open at Roissy CDG airport before 2017.
