Financier with raspberries

Ingredients

for 6 persons

200 g raspberries

75 g almond powder

65 g icing sugar

75 g sugar

35 g flour

4 egg whites

120 g butter

 

For the raspberry coulis :

300 g raspberries

70 g sugar

Cooking time : 15 min

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven at 180°C (th.6).

In a jar, mix the almond powder, the icing sugar, the sugar and the flour sifted.

Pour the egg whites on this blend.

Cook the butter until it browns slightly. Cool it down and add it to the blend.

Pour the dough in a buttererd tin, add the raspberries and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.

 

Raspberry coulis:

Mix the raspberries with the sugar and 10 cl water.

Eat it with the warm financier.

 

 

You can cook the financiers in small cake tins to make petits-fours.
